1. My doTERRA essential oils
They’ve been a wonderful addition to my life. I use them daily for my mood, cramps during that time of the month, and to liven up my water. I love how such a little thing can make a difference. It really is those little things in life that matter.
2. My boyfriend, Eric
We’ve been dating for almost two years and are still in that “honeymoon” stage. To be honest, I figured after a year things would change. I wouldn’t want to see him every minute possible. There wouldn’t be butterflies when I saw him. However, it’s the opposite. He’s made me a better person and I’m so thankful that I have him by my side for this crazy adventure through life. Here is a picture of us at Christmas.
3. Katie, pretty much my twin ( yes, we have the same names, coincidence?)
She was a classmate of mine at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She’s like my big sister I never had. Her continuous support has been crucial to my sanity. I wouldn’t be where I am without her! You can check her out at www.glamgirlglow.com. I don’t have a picture with her so here’s a picture of the body butter, bath salts, and body scrub she made me. 🙂
4. The Live with Kelly and Michael Show
They’ve become a part of my every day routine. While I’m working and sipping on my morning cup of coffee, I watch them. Kelly is so cute and funny. She always has a smile on her face. Micheal is so sweet and down to earth. I’ve never been much of a talk show viewer but it’s something about these two that I really enjoy.
5. Lastly, the delectable avocado
You could say I’m obsessed with avocados. I put it on everything. My eggs, sandwiches, salads & smoothies. Not only does that fat taste good and fill me up; it’s so good for me. I always stock up at Kwik Trip; they’re only .99 cents. I’d much rather spend a dollar on an avocado than a candy bar.
