In today’s episode, I’m chatting with my sweet friend, Robin Long. Robin is a pilates instructor and the creator of an online community called The Balanced Life where she provides quick and efficient online workouts for busy women. Robin is passionate about empowering women to feel good in their own skin, and that’s exactly what she does!
You guys, I am SUCH a fan of Robin’s, and I asked her to be on the podcast because of a conversation I’ve had with a lot of my girlfriends and readers and listeners lately.
So many of us have come to this place in life where we’re just not in the shape we want to be in. We’re not as healthy as we want to be. It happens for a lot of reasons — we just had a baby, or are going through a major life transition, or we’ve just been busy and focusing on other things! I don’t know if you’ve ever found yourself in that place (I know I have!) but it’s really discouraging. We know we want to make some life changes, we want to feel better, healthier, and more confident in our skin, but it feels like a giant uphill battle to actually get there.
That’s exactly where I found myself a few years back, and Robin was instrumental in the process of me getting healthy again. She has some amazing tips and insights — practical ways to make health and fitness a part of our lives (that are actually doable!) and to really help us feel confident and comfortable and beautiful in our skin.
